  • Three more GiveCamps Starting Up

We’re very excited to announce three new GiveCamp organizations coming online -

    • St. Louis Coders4Charity – it seems that this one was put together really quickly, as recently as a few weeks ago, but I just found out about it this weekend.  Scheduled for Oct 16-18 2009, this is the first-ever GiveCamp event in St. Louis.  Organized in part by the guys who run the Coders4Charity event in KC, this event is scheduled to benefit 9 charities.

    • Arizona GiveCamp – organized by Barry Stahl, the @AZGiveCamp is just getting started in terms of team organization.  Their first meeting will be held on Thursday, October 15th – for those interested, follow @AZGiveCamp on Twitter and send them a message.

    • Seattle GiveCamp – organized by Ali Daniali, this event is *just* getting organized.  I know there is a lot of interest in the Seattle area around GiveCamp, and this is exactly what the community needs to get the ball rolling.  Ali has been actively participating in our monthly GiveCamp leadership calls, and I know he’ll do a great job of organizing Seattle’s first!

If you are interested in starting and running a GiveCamp in your area, please reach out to us at givecamp@live.com and we’ll get you connected with some folks that can help!
